Horton

One rainy morning we were busily styling a home in Middleton Cheney. The fire was roaring, the breakfast bar was set and the candles were lit. It was looking its best and we got it launched on Rightmove.

Then we received a phone call.

It was a lady just a few streets away that was feeling very deflated about her current agent’s photographs and marketing of her home. It wasn’t showcasing how perfect it would be for a potential family. She had seen our styling just a stone’s throw away and how the marketing really had the wow factor and wanted to see if we could do the same for her home. A few days later we arrived armed with our props, flowers, and furnishings and got to work. The photos were stunning and we knew just the buyer to show them to.

They were blown away. (As was the owner when she saw her photos.)

An acceptable offer was made and the property was sold without even hitting the open market. No hassle of lots of viewings, long open days, and hard negotiations, it was a done deal.
