Deddington is a small town on the edge of the Cotswolds. Being only 6 miles from Banbury, on a bus route from Oxford and the closest train station only 6 miles away, mean that it is a very well-connected town.

It’s attractive market square with shops, pubs, cafes and local businesses make it a desirable place to live and visit. Several of Deddington's buildings are created from local Jurassic marlstone. It has an iron oxide content, delivering a warm brown colour characteristic of tone in north Oxfordshire  and  neighbouring  parts of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.

There are a variety of properties in this small town, including historic cottages, houses and new-build properties.
