Kings Sutton is one of the larger villages in Northamptonshire, located in the southwest of the county along the River Cherwell, which marks the border with Oxfordshire. Being only 10 minutes drive from both junctions 10 and 11 of the M40 motorway and its own train station with direct trains to London and Birmingham, it is an exceptionally well served village. In addition to the excellent transport links, the village boasts local shops, two pubs, a pre-school and primary school along with various clubs and associations – there is something for everyone in this popular village.
